About Casual Furiday

Our team scours trade shows, websites, and shops to find the highest quality pet products we can find. Our main criteria is that it has to be made by a USA company and that company or product must be eco-friendly in some way. Then we test these products with our own dogs and only choose to sell the best performers.

At the time we do not. Currently we sell products from Cycle Dog, Planet Dog, Cocotherapy, Vital Essentials, Hittn Skins (for our clothing prints), BioDogradeable, PAWZ, TubShroom, and Bear Bear Pet.

We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to buying pet supplies. In our minds, we stand above the competition because of a few things. First, we curate a trusted collection so you don't have to waste time picking between a bunch of the same product. Second, all of our products are stored in house, meaning you'll never get a counterfeit or knock-off. Third, 10% of the gross amount of each sale goes to a rescue. Fourth, top notch customer service and free shipping!

Processing and Shipping

Processing orders will take anywhere from 1 to 5 days. During the holidays, processing can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days.

Casual Furiday currently only has Standard Shipping available. We ship via USPS using the most economical method. Standard shipping is free for all orders and can take 1 to 7 days to arrive.

When considering both processing and shipping times, you should receive your order anywhere from 3-12 days. During the holidays, you should receive your product within 5-14 days.

Payment Information

Casual Furiday accepts credit card payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. There are no fees for any payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot accept forms of payment other than those listed.

Orders and Returns

If your order has not been shipped yet, please reach out to us. You can respond to us by replying to your order confirmation email, or emailing support@casualfuriday.com .

We don't require you to make an account to place an order, although it is recommended! Accounts make the checkout process easier and allows us to send you curated emails if you've accepted marketing emails when signing up.

You'll receive tracking information in an email once your order has been shipped.
